Spurs start 3, I'd say the Thunder start 1. Perkins and Ibaka probably start for most teams. Of course aside from the teams with star C and PFs.

I don't know if Ibaka would, but that's just because of the ridiculous amount of good PFs there are. Perk probably would start on a lot of teams, but that's more because a lot of C's suck.

Agreed. It's absurd how inconsistent he is. I think it's his lack of size, to be honest. Paul Milsap seems to be the exception that that PF rule.
