I watched the refs consistently call the same fouls against both teams. It's not like there was a massive FT discrepancy. The Heat shot 10 more than the Pacers but the Pacers took a ton of FTs as well.

And you watched the game through the rose-colored glasses of a fan who despises the team that won and thinks that teams with star players on them are handed every game, regardless of what actually happened.

Not a game goes by that you don't attribute the victory to the referees when it involves a team with a star on it.

He also completely ignored the fact that the Pacers lost because Granger was 1-10 from the field, the Pacers shot 40% from the field, and 23.5% from 3.

That had nothing to do with it though! The Pacers were playing 5 on 8 the whole night!

Except when you realize that the Heat were only playing 2 on 5, then you add the officials and they're even!

When you are a star, and when you try to get to the basket, you're going to get calls. That is just the nature of the beast. Most of the league has a guy like that.

I don't think Miami gets more calls than the average team. It's just the way LeBron and Wade play the game. When you attack the rim and play as physical as they do, you are naturally going to get calls.

There's no doubt we get more calls than the average team. But to act like it's only because the refs play favorites and not because we have the two best players in the league at getting to the rim and drawing the foul is dumb. It's even dumber to attribute every Heat win to the officiating.

if bosh is out for the series which could happen. those injuries are tough. the pacers need danny to play better than 1-10 and with west/hibbert they could actually win. they need to play better on offense though.

Chris Bosh is out indefinitely with a strained abdominal muscle.

Bosh sustained the injury in Miami's Game 1 win over Indiana.

Guess the type of injury Bosh has is like a 4-6 week thing.
Certainly will be a huge blow for the Heat, but I still think they are good enough to reach the Finals with just Wade and LeBron.

Yeah, me either. I think the Celtics could be a challenge, but I still can't see them beating them in a 7 game series either, even without Bosh. Finals however, will be a challenge. They need Bosh then.

If y'all think the Pacers are about to get swept with Chris Bosh, you aren't giving them enough credit at all. Celtics are also definitely a favorite over the Heat without Bosh.
