BREAKING: Ryan Anderson to be named Most Improved Player
Averaged 16 and 8 during the regular season. Only averaging 8 and 5 during the playoffs.

Lin would have won it if he hadn't gotten hurt. Well deserved for Ryan though.

Yeah Anderson stayed healthy all year so he deserved it over Lin, congrats to him. Probably will have an even bigger role, should Dwight leave next season.

I wouldn't even qualify Lin as "most improved" anyway. He never played enough to see how good he actually was.

Congratz to Ryan Anderson. The scary thing about it is, imagine where the Magic would be this year without him, wow they would be a huge mess with all the turmoil the Magic had to deal with this year.

Anderson only averaged like 5 more points, and 2 more rebounds a game than he did last year. Nikola Pekovic EASILY deserved this.

There is a MAJOR difference between an 11 and 6 guy and a 16 and 8 guy.

There is an even more major difference between a 6 and 3 guy to a 14 and 7 guy.
I'm not disputing that, I'm disputing your use of the term "only" as if Anderson's improvements were marginal when they really weren't.
