It's confirmed. He's out for the year. Coach Thibbs made a huge mistake letting him play when they Bulls were leading by a good margin.

I had to deal with AP and it made me sick, but this is over the playoffs that has to be even harder.

Chicago can't catch a break this year...

Hopefully he is able to rest and come back healthy. I'm not ready to write him off as injury prone. This is a unique season and he has had no chance to rest all of his nagging injuries. This was just a freak injury.

Bulls have played OK without Rose this season, but no way we are taking down the Heat now.

I'm not a fan of Jalen Rose but what he just said on SportsCenter is what initially came to my mind. This was a non-contact injury so it was probably going to happen to Rose at some point in the near future anyway even if he wasn't out there that late, his body was breaking down the entire season.
