Hill has a ton of work to do though. Probably the most raw WR in the draft. Pretty much every single big play he ever had came off of busted coverage due to the trickery of the offense he was in. He almost has to learn everything there is to know about route running.

I know people compare Hill to Thomas because they come from the same offense, but this is how it is with Hill.

You're either going to get a really good WR, or a big, huge, piece of shit.

& If you don't have the coaching in place, or fan base that can wait a couple of years before they see production.. Then he will fail.
