You've had both of them in for visits and they are both great values and fill big needs, if they are on the board they seem to be really solid bets to go there.

Well, at least it would improve the defense. What would they even use Upshaw for? DE?

There's a decent chance that at least half of that list is gone before your pick, and I think you are underestimating Cordy Glenn. I don't know if he can be a bonafide LT, but at the very least he is a stout offensive lineman who will give you some versatility and let you figure out what to do at the guard spots and who will play RT or LT.
I'd rather have Jonathan Martin than Glenn, but still, I don't see an OL being taken with the first pick. Tice is in love with Webb and all the Bears have said all off-season is that they are satisfied with the players they have on the line. LT is really the only position up for grabs on the Bears line, so unless Matt Kalil is falling to #19, I don't see them going OL.

i bolded those who havent been picked in my last mock by #19

Perry isn't a good fit really with the Bears (he plays on the right side, same as Peppers). CB would be a terrible choice for them.

And knowing of who you said is going to be your OL, it only assures me more they will draft an LT (Carimi is a RT in the NFL). JMartin is surely on their list
Not sure about this statement at all... CB is a big need for the Bears, Tillman is the only player of note in the entire secondary. Sure, Jennings is decent, but when you play Green Bay and Detroit you need a great defensive back field. Corner is definitley high on the priority list.

As far as Perry goes, pretty sure they are interested. Marinelli went himself to USC to work him out privately and Peppers plays both sides, so it really doesn't matter if you classify Perry as a "RE." If Coples and Mercilus are off the board, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he's the pick.

Like I said, Jonathan Martin would definitley be high on my list of offensive lineman, because he can play LT (obviously I know Carimi is a RT), but I just don't see the Bears viewing it as a big need. Is that stupidity on their part? Probably, because J'Marcus Webb is terrible.

Yanks - No complaints on V2... Mercilus would definitley be #1 on my board if those are the players that go in the first 18 picks.

Actually, fuck what I was saying. Totally forgot we had Vincent Jackson. Move Kalil to RT for that lazy fuck Trueblood.

What are we trading to move to 11?

Perhaps adding a 3rd and a 5th, not quite sure didn't bother really figuring it out exactly for this 1 round draft.

You need versatility and an infusion of youth on the line. The Pats haven't worked out many linemen, so I decided to go with Konz. I don't expect them to actually pick at 31, probably trade for someone who wants Fleener to leapfrog the Colts and Giants.
