I'm concerned a bit about Mike Williams, but then again Josh Freeman saw a good regression as well so I'll give him a pass. Blackmon wouldn't be an awful fit, but I think the Bucs would rather take Kalil or trade down than take Blackmon. If Claiborne and Richardson are off the board, I'd say the trade down chances are at least 35% as they move back and take perhaps a cornerback like Gilmore and pick up an additional pick to shore up some of their other holes.

I just think teams figured out Mike Williams. He came on as a shock in his rookie year and flashed, there was a whole lot more tape on him than what there was before. WRs were getting open. No weapons = Shit play.

Greg Olsen hasn't had success anywhere he's ever been. It's something with his fucking offense.

Olson was offensive coordinator and quarterback coach at Central Washington University from 1990-1993. Prior to joining the CWU coaching staff, he was a graduate assistant at Washington State University for three seasons. He coached the defensive backs at WSU for one season and was the linebacker coach for two years. He also coached running backs at Spokane Falls Community College in 1986. After leaving CWU, Olson coached quarterbacks at Purdue University.
Olson previously served as the quarterbacks coach of the Detroit Lions, where he worked with Joey Harrington. He served as Lions offensive coordinator following the firing of Steve Mariucci and the demotion of Ted Tollner during the 2005 season.
He was the offensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams. During his first season in St. Louis, he did not call the offensive plays for the team until near the end of the year. He developed game plans with head coach Scott Linehan, and worked to develop the offense in general. Linehan decided to hand over play-calling duties to Olson so that he could manage games better, without having to focus on one side of the ball. Olson was fired after the 2007 season.[1]
In January 2008, Olson was hired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be their quarterbacks coach following the dismissal of Paul Hackett. On September 3, 2009, the day before the team's final preseason game, the Buccaneers announced that Olson would replace Jeff Jagodzinski as Offensive Coordinator.[2] He was fired on January 2, 2012, after his team posted a 4–12 record.[3]
In January 2012, Olson was hired to be the quarterbacks coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Don't like Claiborne at 3. Not worth it, and the fact you can plug any talented corner, one even from the second round in that system and he'll do good. ButI guess if they can't trade out they'll have to take him.

1. Who knows how long that system will be around if they don't improve this year.
2. Having to cover Brandon Marshall, Calvin Johnson, and Greg Jennings is no easy task.

It's still mostly zone, they will have safety help over the top. They aren't going to have to cover them totally one on one on an island. Unless you are drafting a man to man cover corner 3 is too high. Just don't see how it makes sense. But I guess he'd be the best guy to take there if they can't trade out. Also the Vikings defensive coordinator was just hired this year, and Frazier pretty much said that he has to keep the same system. Claiborne isn't worth it at 3, and it's a waste for the system.

With the Vikings, you're not getting much safety help. Their entire secondary is useless.

I know their D-Coordinator was just hired this year, I was getting at the fact that Leslie Frazier might not have his job for much longer past this year if they don't improve.

That doesn't mean the d coordinator will be gone too. And I think the Vikes could look at Harrison Smith in the 2nd anyways. Either way, however good the player is, there still is safety help. Eventually they will have someone half decent.

I like this one a lot better. I can see a lot of that playing out. Plus it's not the same thing with all mocks right now having the same top 10, and it never works out to be like those mocks. Like the TB pick, and Cox to Seattle, was gonna mock Cox there too.
