New York Daily News - Tim Tebow was one of six sports figures to be named to TIME magazine's ninth annual list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World.

The list is comprised of "people who inspire us, entertain us, challenge us and change our world."

Tebow is among a group that includes authors, politicians, artists, comedians, actors and activists.

The other sports figures on the list included Lionel Messi, Novak Djokovic, Oscar Pistorius and Yani Tseng
