Andrew Bynum recently was fined an undisclosed amount for "numerous infractions," multiple sources confirmed.

Bynum recently blew off a meeting with Mitch Kupchak.

Bynum said he was unaware of the fine on Tuesday.

Bynum won't play in Tuesday's game due to a moderate sprain of his left ankle.
