Loomis is the man.

Oh, and if you can't beat them, join them.

"One thing about me, I don't have an ego. And I know Jonathan doesn't have an ego," said Lofton, who spoke with Vilma on Sunday morning and shared their mutual excitement for the new alliance. "When I was on my visit, they asked, 'Are you just set on playing middle?' And I said, 'No, what I'm set on is winning games and winning championships.' And Vilma said the same thing. We both just said we want to win. And he said he's just glad they're brining in playmakers who can help us win."

"I wanted to go to a team that, No. 1, had a chance to win a Super Bowl, had true fans, a great defensive coordinator. Then once the Saints called, I was like, 'Wow,'" Lofton said. "When I took my visit there, I loved it. I knew I was going there. I didn't need to visit anywhere else. I told my agent that."

Everybody sleeping on Carolina

That defense is going to be so much better with whoever they draft at #9 and they're getting Jon Beason and Thomas Davis back

agreed. And if Williams can bounce back I that offense can be extremely versatile. They just gotta stay healthy.

They'll get Thomas Davis back for 2 or 3 games before he goes on IR again.

You just lost your best LB to a division rival and your defense already can't stop the pass, now you lost someone who was vital to stopping the run.

Don't sleep on Tatupu, if he can bounce back from his injury the loss of Lofton won't hurt as bad.

I do like the Panthers though to be the "sleepers".
