Shumpert is a horrible 3point shooter. He's just a horrible shooter period

Alright i kinda jumped ahead of myself saying Shumpert was a better 3 point shooter, but they needed him on D late in the game. Throughout their Linsanity winning streak, he was playing alongside Lin and defending good PGs, and was efficient too. So why not put him out there against Rose?
