it's actually not a lens flare, i think it's soft red brushing on addition with normal soft white brushing over top.

thanks for the feedback guys, i might try to polish it up a little later.

Personally I would change the kentucky text to something smaller and more legible, but what you've got still works well. The flow of colours doesn't look to great, maybe throw a photo filter overtop, I still really like what you've got goin here, nice job.
