Rockets Decline JHill's Option

The Rockets have declined their option for Jordan Hill for the 12-13 season.

"They did not pick it up," his agent Kevin Bradbury said in an interview with FOX 26 Sports. "I think for Jordan it'll be an opportunity for him to test the free agent market.

"Obviously as long as he continues to play the way he's playing, there'll be a market for him out there."

Hill would have made $3.632 million next year.

Only Hill and Lee are even in the rotation anymore. Thabeet has been inactive almost all season, and TWill hasn't played any during their winning streak.

McHale is finding better rhythm with the rookies, so the others are suffering.

Jordan Hill is a piece of trash that can't fucking play. Why would we pick his option up? His only consistency is underwhelming his coaches and Rockets fans. We should try to trade him for something. Also, Budinger can go, too. Parsons is almost always in the + side of the +/- stat at the end of the game and is twice that overall player that Chase Budinger is. Fucking Arizona Wildcats.

Kwame Brown and Michael Olowokandi at least played a role.

Darko, while not a stud, is contributing in Minnesota.
