After making it through the 2011 football season without any (further) off-field issues or incidents, Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has taken his talent for finding trouble to South Beach.

According to WFAA-TV, Bryant was detained by police after a Sunday night fight at a Miami nightclub.

A source with knowledge of the situation tells PFT that Bryant was not arrested or charged.

And in fairness to Bryant, he’s never been arrested. His off-field issues have related more to eligibility issues at Oklahoma State, allegations of unpaid debts, and a situation in which he had been banned from a Dallas-area mall.

He already is "soooo good." And there were no charges and there wasn't an arrest. This isn't even an incident, as of right now.

Lil Wayne and NFL star Dez Bryant reportedly engaged in an altercation on Sunday at Fountainebleau’s Club LIV in Miami, Florida.

According to Miami New Times, the fight occurred outside of the club over someone mocking the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver about his “subpar season and a mounting personal debt crisis.” Miami Beach Police have no record of Bryant being detained, but say that there was “a bit of a melee outside LIV that night with a drunk patron striking a security guard.” Bryant’s name is not mentioned in the paperwork.

But according to a Herald reporter, Lil Wayne and his entourage were involved in the scuffle. The story is yet to be confirmed, but several sources say that the fight occurred between the two parties.

Talent and production are different things my man. His stats are hardly "soooo good". Lots of above avg WR's have put up stats like that. Bryant has yet to be the dominant player his talent allows him to be.

And involved with Lil Wayne? You have got to question this guys ability to make a smart decision lol. Like really.

What an idiot.

Goddell is such a worthless pussy. He should be thrown out just like Pacman should have been. Just like Vick.

Fuck up and you are GONE.

The only person he's really hurting is himself (football wise). No reason at all to be thrown out.
