If Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin had a baby..

That would be Justin Blackmon

Smaller receivers, good route runners, fluid in and out of cuts, operate well in space.

That's where he's similar to Jennings. I don't always compare players based on measurables, but more how they play on the field.

Blackmon isn't even close to Jennings when it comes to route running. lol

Reggie Wayne is a decent comparison as well.
That is an interesting one. Both great playmakers.

Just everytime I see him, its like im looking at a somewhat faster Anquan Boldin.

Sanu is the Boldin of this class.
If you mean 2nd round WR who shines and outperforms his draft position.. Then yes maybe.

I don't really see much of a comparison between the two otherwise when I watch Sanu play.

Of course not. Jennings has been in the NFL for 5 years. Not many wideouts have mastered the art of route running before they leave college.

For where he is, Blackmon is a great route runner though. How do you think he gets open? You've posted several times about his lack of speed. His sharp cuts and fluidity is what creates separation for him and other guys that aren't burners.

Ive never seen him like, really open. Most of the time he just is in the right spot to outmuscle a DB for the ball.

Also Todd Monken (His OC) LOVES the 5 yard Slants. Its one of the more difficult routes to cover for DBs. After the ball is in his hands, his great YAC ability gets him more yards.

Monken was here in Jacksonville. Whenever his name is mentioned in Jacksonville.. 5 Yard Slant is normally a hook, line, sinker joke when hes brought up.

I don't really like Sanu. Good hands, too slow.
How do you feel about Nick Toon?

I dunno who reminds me more of Vincent Jackson coming out.

Him or Michael Floyd.

I haven't watched Toon yet. But behind Blackmon, I like Kendall Wright the best. I also really like Tommy Streeter. Great potential there. I'd take Streeter over McNutt or even Dwight Jones.

I don't know about Streeter over McNutt. I don't think i'd do that.

Yeah, but he's THE possession receiver. Probably the most physical in this class as well.
Little upside though. Don't see him being anything special. I could get a guy with good hands like Jordan White a lot later, and he's faster too.

I'm looking at total potential there. Streeter will need a lot of work on route running, and yes he's raw, but man, he has a natural talent at locating the ball at it's highest point. Deceptive speed there as well. I think he could develop into a #1, whereas McNutt I think is a career #2.

lol, I don't think Streeter ran more than one route his entire career.

I honestly don't care lol
If he's on the team only to go deep then hell I'll take it.

McNutt looks to much like a Michael Jenkins IMO.

Street would have benefited so much from another year of college.
