The Falcons may have given up some rushing yards as of late but they are still 6th in rush defense. They still get beat through the air and that's where the Giants are good, so it will be a good game. I like the Falcons though, I think they are the better team and I think they will win it.

Matt Ryan will know the deal after the game.

I even took the liberty of looking at the Falcons' schedule.

Once again, they will face a team in the playoffs that is more battle-tested than they are. That will be the difference.

Let's not even talk about the Falcons leaving their comfy little dome, to play in the harsh winds of the Meadowlands.

I actually agree. With the winds there (never been there, but I heard that even if it's a little wind, it really swirls in there), Ryan won't be as effective. He just doesn't have the arm IMO.

more battle-tested?
The Falcons played the Saints twice, Packers, Bears (before everyone got hurt), Lions, and Texans
versus
the Giants playing the Packers, Pats, Saints (not twice, just once), and 49ers
IMO, the Falcons are actually more battle-tested, and the difference will still be the run game.

Eh, I wouldn't base my decision off of some wind, since the Falcons still aren't a pass-first team. They are 27-2 when Turner gets 20+ carries, so as long as the run game gets going, I think they'll be fine

Now we can finally put this Tim Tebow shit to bed. I said give him a shot at playing, I think he can lead a team to the playoffs. And thats exactly what he fucking did. Im not saying he is a great QB, but he got his shot and he has shown positive signs and played horribly at times. All things considered specifically the lack of weapons on offense and this being his first full season playing you can see there is the possibility of improvement.

Yeah... He's gonna have a ton of fun against the Steelers defense...

Idiotic fucking stat, I'm tired of people using it.

When you have a lead, you tend to run more. It's that fucking simple.

That has nothing to do with what I just said, but ok lol.
How do you figure? You were talking about putting all the Tebow talk aside and I said yeah, especially having to play the Steelers. With the way he has played the last several weeks, he's going to really struggle against a defense like the Steelers. That game against Pittsburgh will put an end to it, he won't be the starting QB for the Broncos next year. He was 6/22 for 60 yards with a QB rating of 20.6 against the Chiefs, I can just imagine what the Steelers will do to him.

Yeah  lets not forget that defense is what got them to the playoffs.

Tebow fans... officially worse than anything else in the world.

idc if they are "battle tested"

In the road games for the Falcons, 4 were in domes.

The other 4:
Chicago
Tampa Bay
Seattle (was a really nice day in October)
Carolina

thats fairly good climate.

They have to play in the cold, raining Giants stadium with heavy winds... Giants will win

You must not watch many falcons games. Turner having good games is what opens up the pass game. The Falcons aren't a pass-first team

As far as I'm concerned, they have the same record at home as we do on the road
If you guys want to ignore the fact that the Giants have NO RUN GAME, and instead want to base your decision solely on WEATHER, fine by me. As I said before, the Falcons aren't a pass first team, and I'm not gonna let a little rain scare me
IMO, the Falcons are the better team, and they'll be ready come Sunday

Kind of weird how Tim Tebow was the starting QB during that time....

Either way I was right!

Who says its gonna rain this Weekend? Weather Reports i'm reading are indicating (although early and can change in a day or two) is that its gonna be nice and sunny, mid-high 40s this weekend in East Rutherford, NJ.

Obviously it's always windy, but to play the rain factor already is wacko.

Personally I think this is gonna be a very close game -- in fact, I'm actually confident Giants can win assuming the pass rush is playing with the intensity they had on Sunday night.

Other than that, I don't see the Giants getting any father than 1 win.

Then of course, this team surprises the shit out of me time and time again, so who the hell knows.

Four playoff games this weekend and the dumbasses at ESPN would rather talk about Manning/Luck.
