He's your number one receiver right now, and he hasn't shown any signs of anything....... Not even being a decent weapon.

Instead of quickly putting down a QB in a shit offense, maybe surround the guy with a few players who can make things happen and then see. That's all I'm saying.

And I'm saying, we can't afford to put weapons around him just to find out he isn't any good.. Like I've said, he's a 3rd round pick and has shown nothing to make me believe he's a starting QB, it's time to move on. Will the Browns move on? I'd guess no, but they should.

Let me give you an example. Andy Dalton, who has been receiving so much hype around the entire league for his rookie year. Let's see who he has around him.

A.J Green, a top five talent. Jermaine Gresham, a first round tight end. A decent running game.

Colt has thrown three less touchdown's compared to Dalton, and has thrown for more yards and one less interception. That's not bad if you look at the players they are both surrounded around in the same division.

Am I saying Colt is the next Tom Brady? No. But please surround the guy with some players who can at least make something happen.

I'm not even big on Andy Dalton.. He's getting so much hype because the Bengals defense has been great and they're winning games. Not saying he sucks, I'm just not a huge fan.

But anyway, if you give Colt better weapons, I agree it will obviously help, but I don't think it would make a huge difference.. No one respects his arm strength, he can't extend a defense.

I just feel the Browns have waited a long time to address the need of a first round playmaker. Who do they have on their roster that was brought in as a big time talent, first rounder? Nobody.

Blackmon and Richardson have to be high on the board.

The need on defense and all around talent was a much bigger need at the time. They could have drafted Julio Jones last year, but the trade down was a no brainer. They have a nice core on defense now with Haden, Ward, Sheard, Taylor, Rubin, DQwell, Cogong on defense.

But yea, this year I expect them to use both first rounders on offense. Whether it be a QB and one receiver/RB, or both on a receiver and a running back.

And I do agree with the trade down, because you guys clearly won that deal, hands down.

Richardson would definitely help that offense out. Trent can carry the rock, and he can provide another weapon in the offense. I hope that Little comes around and proves his worth, because he is talented, but he has got to catch the damn ball.

Blackmon is #1 on my draft wish list aside from Luck/Griffin, then it would be Richardson. I'd be fine with Richardson early 1st, then Michael Floyd or something like that late 1st with the Falcons pick. Maybe make a run at DeSean Jackson in free agency.

The drops are a problem but he has shown flashes. This is still only his 2nd year ever at receiver, and he missed an entire year at college.

Floyd with the Falcons pick would make a lot of sense. He has the skill-set to be a number one receiver in the NFL. Then you push Little to hopefully develop and work out of the second receiver spot.

Richardson and Floyd is a damn successful first round for you guys. I believe.

They had a defense that carried them with a good running game, they'd ask the QB's to do just enough, not too much. The Bengals defense isn't all that good and the offensive line isn't all that good either, but they've all contributed to get to this point, it hasn't been about just one player. Yeah.. 6th in defense because of playing teams like the Jaguars, Seahawks, Browns, Broncos (Who weren't good at the time and Kyle Orton was QB), Colts etc.

Since they've played better teams, they've given up 24 pts, 31 pts, 35 pts. The defense is not as good as the stats show, that much I can say. Actually, Jackson threw all over us and Gabbert probably had his best game of the year against the Bengals defense and Colt McCoy wasn't too bad a few weeks ago, especially in the first half. I know the defense and they aren't a top 10 defense, the secondary is in horrible shape right now.

All Elcheato is basically saying is that hes tired of settling for average at the QB position, which is what Colt McCoy is. Matt Barkley is a better prospect and will be a better NFL QB than Colt McCoy. Regardless of how many weapons you put around Colt.

Barkley will get his ass kicked in Cleveland if they don't add anybody to that roster. Just like Colt is on a week to week basis.

I already said that Barkley will obviously be better than Colt as a NFL QB.

Barkley also posesses a better release, better accuracy, and doesn't hold the ball as long as McCoy.

McCoy isn't helping his WR's just as much as they dont help him.

Again, for the last time, with those "weapons" any rookie QB would struggle in that offensive mess.
