Play anyone? Can I get an example of this? You could say Daniel Gibson but the reason he got so much burn late in 06-07 finals run was because Eric Snow was that bad, and his 3 point shooting forced his hand. Probably should have played a lot more earlier in the year..

Gibson and Varejao both developed into nice players as 2nd round picks under him though, I'll give him that.

I didn't take it as a slight. Lasting memory in my head is him refusing to play Hickson against the Celtics in the 2010 playoffs, when the Celtics were old and couldn't keep up with his athleticism.

also, even after saying that, like I've said before, I think he's an underrated coach, in terms of his national perception. He was starting Drew Gooden and Big Z for the majority of his time here in the front court, and had the Cavs playing elite level defense. Lakers are going even better defensively. Just going to need a little assistance on offense.

Also hearing Golden State is not offering Curry, and LAC isn't offering Gordon...so now the Hornets are looking at the Celtics who are offering Rondo + Green + picks.

If I were the Hornets, i'd want more than that...like Glen Davis (wait he's a FA) so maybe JaJuan Johnson..or something.
