Pro Football Talk - Randy Moss has told one veteran member of the Patriots that the team is the only one for which the retired wide receiver would play.

Moss has turned down offers from two different teams this season.

It's believed that Moss is hoping for an annualized rate of $10 million, which with seven weeks left after Monday equates to $4.11 million for the balance of the year.

However, Moss likely would give the Pats a discount.

and look how that turned out

I guarantee you Belichick regrets trading for Ochocinco, 100%.

Like really, 9 catches in 8 games? Come on man.

I guarantee you he doesn't regret it. He traded next to nothing for a guy that should have played an important role in this offense.

He sure as hell regrets that said impact hasn't happened though..

Actually kinda smart on his part, if he actually saved his money and doesnt blow it all on cars and bling.

If hes got the money then hes basically just saying only 1 variable will bring him out of retirement. Its actually bold by him. If he wanted to be a jackass he could just say that any team that offers the most, he'll sign.

And he might be holding out that the Jets win tonight, scare the Patriots into forking up the $$ to sign him, believing Brady is struggling without a deep threat.
