I made this post on the Saints site, but figured I could bring it here too. What do you think are your teams biggest needs after six weeks?
- LB- Our LBers may be amongst the worst in the league. There has been alot of talk of Jon Vilma, but I'm not ready to say he needs to be moved to another position or replaced just yet. But at OLB, we literally have nothing. The play of Dunbar and Casillas has been more than disappointing to say the least.
- C- Honestly I'd say Kreutz needs to be replaced now. But who do we go to? I don't know what to make of Tennant now, but when De La Puente replaced Kreutz he didn't play much better, but I do think he played better.
- RT- The play of Strief and Charles Brown has not been good. Brown seems to be the better pass blocker, but Strief seems to be the better run blocker. I haven't seen anything that tells me that either are long term solutions, though Brown is still young.
- DT- Big Sed has been playing great ball all season, and I wouldn't say either Franklin or Rogers have been playing bad, but both have been a little disappointing. IMO, the top three needs I listed are far bigger than this one.
