Although I picked the Lions in the pick'em...I think we have a realllllllly good chance at losing the game. Just a feeling I'm getting. Can't win all of them I guess unless you are the Patriots of back in the day lol.

It's an interesting game, Atlanta trying to get it together going against Cam Newton, one of the most exciting players in the league.

Why?
Teams are a combined 9-1.
Will be a good game.
I'm not a believer in the 49ers. They have a pretty good defense and a good Head Coach, but I don't think they are really as good as their record indicates. They've beaten some good teams, but I think the Lions will win by 10+. Bengals just played the 49ers a couple weeks ago, I wasn't all that impressed with them, should've won the game but didn't. I think they've gotten better since then but Detroit will be too much for them to handle. I just think there's going to be better games.

That Carolina and Atlanta game this season. A good amount of people are picking Carolina to win the game.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Panthers pulled it out, they've been sooooo close the last several weeks. That game is a toss up for me, one of the toughest games for me to predict this weekend, I'm not sure. I want to go with the Falcons, but then I get the feeling the Panthers will finally pull one off.

The Falcons kind of forced themselves into playing an offense that doesn't really fit them when they drafted Julio. I think not having him this weekend will let Atlanta get back to doing what they do best, running the ball.

The again, they haven't shown they can consistently run the ball this year.

Alright, I'm picking Atlanta. If they lose, I'm gonna blame it on you! :p

Colts - Bengals
They are both so bad it could be a humorously good game.

EDIT: oops, don't know my games.

I don't understand how the Bengals are soooo bad, they are 3-2, with a win can be 4-2. They are the only team up until this point to beat Buffalo, they have the #1 overall defense (as of right now). The 49ers are 4-1 right now, they could have won that game, only lost by 5. Should have beat the Broncos but didn't, only lost by 2. They've been competitive in every game to this point. I'm not saying they are some top team or anything, but I don't think they are as bad as you make them out to be. If only the offense was better, I'd really like our chances. With the schedule that they have, there's no reason why they can't win some games.

Florio's take: The Bengals haven't beaten the Colts since 1997, the year beforePeyton Manning entered the NFL. This time around, Peyton is gone. And the Colts are 0-5. And owner Jim Irsay is openly talking about drafting Andrew Luck. And the Bengals are better than anyone realizes.

Florio's pick: Bengals 28, Colts 20.

Rosenthal's take: The impressive Bengals defense hasn't exactly faced a murderer's row of quarterbacks. They flummoxed Colt McCoy, Kyle Orton, Alex Smith, and Blaine Gabbert. Of course, they also forced Ryan Fitzpatrick to have his worst game of the season. That was a long way of saying the Bengals are ready for Curtis Painter. Join me on the Bengals bandwagon, won't you?

Rosenthal's pick: Bengals 20, Colts 13.

Dustin I have a question.

Why use the Luck avatar? Do you not like Dalton? From what I've seen, the kid is going to be a good quarterback.

I just haven't changed it in awhile, if I use anything else, I generally have to make it and it usually doesn't turn out too well, Lol. I am a n00b when it comes to Photoshop, but I will try to make something different. I really thought we'd be in the Luck running, but they've proved otherwise thus far. I wasn't sure if Dalton would be the guy, but he has been pretty good for a Rookie so far. Him and A.J. Green look to be quite the combination for years to come. I can definitely see why the Bengals drafted A.J. Green, from what I've seen throughout the year. He's on pace to have over 1,000 yards and over 10 TD's, I believe which is good for a Rookie.
