Alright.. Everybody SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Lions fans, don't get asshurt.. We're not saying Calvin is garbage.. as we seen today.. he is clearly Top 3.. Thats not a knock on him or anything.

Andre and Fitz are just better WR's. Period, point blank. IDC about the Yards, or the fucking TDs.. Andre is better.. and its a coin toss between Fitz and Calvin. Stop getting asshurt and be proud u have a top 3 fucking WR.

Thank you for your opinion kam.
I still find Calvin to be the best in the league though.

No fucking shit.

We all know this.

But after 8 pages you still haven't presented a reason why hes the best other than sucking TTN dry and keeping on pointing at the TD stat.

Having the most TDs at the WR position 4 weeks into the season doesn't mean hes the best in the NFL.

Its quite obvious that you think hes the best because hes a Detroit Lion, if he was on any other team in the league.. you'd be saying "Well, hes not as good as Andre or Fitz, but he good"

So yeah.. Move along.. We all know that you are inlove with Calvin.. David (Fellow Lions fan) Also said Calvin isn't #1

Only person who really has is TTN.

Also, whenever somebody else puts up a reason why Andre or Fitz is better.. you just deny it and say "Thanks for your opinion" or argue that its our opinion.

If thats all thats going to come out of this thread is you telling us our "Opinions" are wrong and you not giving reasons why.. Go ahead and close the got damn thread.

I think you could sit here and debate or argue this all night... Just like people comparing Tom Brady to Peyton Manning for years, now it's Rodgers who seems to have the "edge" or is right there. Things like this just don't get anywhere. We all know all three of them are great WR's, you can't go wrong with any of the three. I don't see where one sticks out a ton more than the other. Point is, there's not much difference to say this one is the better receiver compared to the other. If one is better, it's very marginal. I love all three.

Kam what fucking stats or anything have been said that any of those 2 are better than Calvin this season?
You guys keep stating things that have happened before, and I've said multiple times that Calvin is reaching his peak this season.
Why is Calvin better? Cause I watch him every fucking game, and I've seen the way he progressed as a player. From what I've seen from him, I'd take him over both of the two. And yes, I have watched games from the other two. Right now he is playing at a higher level then the both of them. It has nothing to do with having a Detroit bias. I may be a homer at time, but Calvin really is that good.

I don't have any fucking statistical proof to show he became the best WR this season, after just 4 weeks.
Did I ever say he was better last year? No. So show me all the stats you want from 2010, and fucking 2008 for all I care.
But at the end of the day, I strongly believe that he is the best WR in the NFL. And come season's end, I think he will prove that.

So because hes putting up a amazing year this year = hes the best in the NFL?

Shit.

Dwayne Bowe was the GOAT last year.. and fucking Fred Jackson is better than Hillis and Chris Johnson.

GTFO with that bullshit. Could almost guarantee you that Calvin isn't going to keep this pace up over this season.

I'm glad you disregarded everything I said in that post and just made up a stupid generalization to make me sound less intelligent. Typical kam for you.

No, your talking about him becoming the best WR this season.. It takes multiple years and consecutive seasons.

Hes not better than Andre, nor Fitz.

& Andre has been injured throughout the year.. If he was 100% healthy.. he'd be killin CJ right now.

Once again, didn't read anything I said.
However, I see no reason a player like Calvin can't emerge as the best this season. It's not like he was heaps behind Andre the last few years, as I already said earlier. I also said Andre was better in previous seasons. But it's not like Calvin was light years behind.

Also, Calvin has had an injury all season as well, so no, nice try.

Yes.
I'd love to see how Calvin would have progressed playing with decent QB's in his earlier years.

Because Matt Schaub is a world class QB... And Andre was doing just as well with David Carr and whoever else the Texans had before Schaub.

Was he? Cause his numbers were comparable to Calvin's pre-2007. Which is when they got Schaub.

He lead the league in receptions in 2006 with David fucking Carr. Any QB arguments are 100% invalid.
