That, right there, is why we signed him.

I don't even know if he's going to be active for the game, but we signed him for a reason and they feel that his speed plays well against McKinnie.
McKinnie will hold up against Maybin.

McKinnie definitely has seen his best days, and he isn't much anymore.. But I can't believe you think that Maybin would tear him up. Please. He was absolutely horrid against the run at PSU, and he could only do one thing and that was rush the passer. Now, in the NFL, he's still too small and has a tough ass time doing both -- which is why he hasn't done anything whatsoever.

I never said I thought that Maybin would tear him up. I said that the Jets feel that he can use his tremendous speed advantage to get around McKinnie and get to the QB. They're not asking him to play the run.
