Edwards is averaging only two pressures a game for the Falcons when he averaged four for the Vikings. Edwards has six in three games and Will Smith has five in one game.

Though I would argue the Falcons didn't bring in Edwards to be what most Falcon fans (and other fans) wanted him to be. I don't think they brought him in expecting him to be this great pass rusher across from Abe. Atleast for the sake of Falcon fans, I hope they didn't.

Well you have to remember he's still not 100% from his offseason surgery, he hasn't had Babs, and was asked to contain Vick for the majority of the Eagles game. Plus, it's not a huge sample size anyway.

I agree with you on the second part though. Like I said, he got just $11M guaranteed. As long as he keeps pushing the pocket and being a force in run defense department, he's more than worth it. The sacks will come. Around the 7-8 range is just fine.

Guys, Guys, Guys... We can't judge anything yet... Can we wait until their career ends?

A couple seasons isn't a big enough sample size.

- Swoosh in a couple of years.

The Bengals had a better record than the Steelers. That didn't make them the better team.
At the time, it did.

Say what you want..

Im not getting back into it.. I obviously have my reasons why I said what I said, and it made perfect sense.. you just have what teams look like on paper stuck so far up your ass to know anything else.

Just because it makes sense doesn't mean it's the dumbest argument ever ^
Every year theres teams better than what some other teams were the year before.

At week 1, who knows.. Bengals could of ended up better than the Steelers..a couple of plays away from 3-0 actually.

Better one game record ≠ better team. Too many variables.

As far as that cute last comment, I believe I have a pretty solid grasp on teams based on my ranking in the pick 'em league (#1 if you're lazy).

Once again, good test for Jags.. nothing is written in stone however.. Soo.. He actually might NOT destroy the Jags.
Nothing is set in stone at all... Anything can happen, we could all get nuked, who the fuck knows? I think you can't just say anything can happen. Yoy gotta just have to base it off how things are going at that particular time period. I see your point, but just because it could happen does not mean it will. The Jags had a chance going into Denver in 96, but so did Denver. Any Given Sunday.

A pick'em says that you have a solid grasp on teams?

Bengals gonna surprise the Bills this weekend... Bengals know all about Ryan Fitzpatrick... ;)

On another note, Steelers haven't looked very good to me this year so far, they barely beat the Colts.

So.. Lets see...

Got absolutely murdered by the Ravens....

Beat the Seahawks by 24..

Barely beat the Colts with Kerry Collins & Painter.

I think the Texans will kill the Steelers this weekend..
