oh and kemp went deep yesterday
right field at Petco, where homers DIE

tied in HR
leads in RBI
4 points behind in Batting average

so close to the triple crown. so close
3 away from 40/40 too. if he doesnt win MVP, it's a shame. it would be an injustice

Has anyone on the Dodgers ever hit a not great home run?

Stat of the year: nobody outside of the LA Dodgers has hit a home run in a pitchers park or off of a decent pitcher in 2011.

I'm insinuating that every time a Dodger hits a home run, there's always a comment about how impressive it is... and when somebody talks about a player on another team, it's always either a shitty pitcher, a hitters ballpark, only cleared the fence by 4 feet, etc.

1. i think i only did that once with Russell Martin
and i admit, it was stupid. we could move on

or are you talking Braun?
im just sick of reading how Braun is MVP over Kemp. it's unfair to me

2.the only dodgers i talk about are Kemp and Kershaw. the only ones worth talking about. one is the best player in the NL and the other might be the best pitcher. is that so wrong?

besides, kemp is the only dodger hitting home runs

and why are you monitoring what im saying? who cares?
this is the MLB thread and im talking about MLB stuff.

ok no one wants to hear it, but too bad
Dodger divorce is ugly. yup
the other day, MLB asked the bankruptcy judge to force a sale of the dodgers

the MLB said this
"No one will pay the [Dodgers] to broadcast Dodgers games if the club is not part of Major League Baseball"

might no Dodgers next year
i also read that next year Angel Stadium is empty when the Dodgers are home for 73 of 81 Dodger home games
the other 8 days they both play at home, Petco Park is open

they would put the dodger roster on some "new" team.

this sucks

So you're saying they're just going to scrap the Dodgers and put together a new team with the same roster?

And they cant use Dodgers stadium anymore?

they would make up a team name and have them play at petco or the big A without conflict in schedule
"Dodgers" would be suspended

what a sucky owner we have.

i hope it doesnt happen
it's a worst case scenario

I remember back in 07 the Indians played a few home games in Milwaukee because of constant snow storms hitting Cleveland in early April. Couldn't imagine a full season in someone elses park lol.

We really don't

Before the game, FOX said the Sox Starters ERA in Sept was 5.36, worst in baseball. Then Lester gives up 8 runs vs NYY. Bard has a Sept. ERA above 12. And we can't hit minus Ellsbury
