5/6 For 52 Yards.

Better than Luke looked at all, and lead the team down the field more than Luke did.
The majority of those yards were yards after the catch. He threw the ball behind the line of scrimmage nearly every time.

SMH.

The Jags weren't gonna put a rookie in against Cromartie and Revis and let him just ruin his confidence by throwing downfield.

For what Gabbert did, he looked good. He threw a couple of nice ones past the LOS. Took a shot deep for his only incompletion.

I'm perfectly fine with how Gabbert played.

You don't have to throw the ball downfield to move the ball. Slants/curls shit like that weren't really even attempted. Just a bunch of screens..

And his incompletion was 30 yards too deep.

We didn't just do screens and dump offs.

He had 6 passes.. 2 of them was for 9 Yards to Mike Thomas, and Zach Miller (Tipped, but Miller still caught it, so it counts).

There was no YAC on them catches.

He had 3 dump offs for good yardage after that.

Like I said, good.

Its not like hes going to come in at the start of the 4th and get 300 yards passing dumbass.

They wanted him to just build his confidence because he'll more than likely be starting the Carolina game.
