You suppose because I'm a fan I thought they would beat the Packers? lol

Well, let's see here. They were awesome at home, had the #1 seed in the NFC, and had beaten the Packers earlier in the season.

Good for you guys? lol
Guess you also didn't think that Ryan is horrible in the playoffs.

He had played one playoff game before that game and it was in his rookie season. Again with your small sample sizes, lol.

Just watched the game and really observed rather than just watching.

I don't know if Chicago's front four is that good, or if ATL's OL is that bad in pass protection?

Maybe a combination of both?

Bet the Falcons miss Harvey Dahl.

Hawley was getting abused all game. Once McClure is back, they'll be a lot better as a whole.

Reynolds should get better as he gets more starts under his belt, but you never know.

The big problem, however, was they were playing from behind. They didn't get to run the ball much at all as seen by Turner getting just ten carries, Chicago knew that, and they were able to pin their ears back on just about every play and focus on getting after Ryan.

The Falcons showed they could run the ball on Chicago. I think getting McClure back will make a difference, a big one. From what I've heard though that won't be happening this week.

Yeah, it's just too bad they got behind early. They were running the ball at ease. No doubt about that, McClure is the general of the line. He makes everyone around him better and is certainly an upgrade over Hawley.

As far as Dahl goes, we'll have to see how Reynolds progresses. That was his first start. Like Dahl, he's primarily a run blocker so playing from behind really hurt his play.
