OPS is .950 on the road with more homers away from Coors

small sample size though

yeah thats why the yankees have been stingy lately
not dealing montero (except for Lee. Mariners should have taken that), bentances or banuelos or romine, etc at the deadline

smart

Despite playing awful, the Reds won the series. Reds lineup should be decent next year.

C: Hanigan/Mesoraco(#3 Prospect,.289 at AAA)
1B: Votto/Alonso
2B: Brandon Phillips
SS: Cozart/Frazier
3B: Frazier/Francisco
LF: Alonso/Stubbs
CF: Sappelt(if he can hit, hopefully he can be our leadoff guy)/Stubbs
RF: Bruce

Lineup should have Brandon Phillips hitting leadoff for sure.

Lineup

Phillips
Cozart
Votto
Bruce
Alonso
Frazier
Hanigan
Sappelt/Stubbs
Pitcher.

Now if we could pitch...

Thome placed on waivers, Hafner might be headed to the DL.. Get it done.

Montero lined a homer off the boards in left field. He’s 3 for 4, 2 HRs, 6 RBIs. Everything he has hit is smoked.
Jesus Montero hit a three-run homer. It looked like a pop up that just kept on going. He has unreal power that he hasn't harnessed yet.
Jesus Montero just hit a ball as hard as he as all season on a line to center. Five RBIs now for Montero.
Posada to Martin: Together, we can keep Montero down.

Montero just lined out. To the warning track. In center. Would’ve been a double had CF Jason Repko not been playing deep.
Lining out at 390 feet?

Let's keep him down there.

Well that probably ends the season.. The first half was fun, they're probably a year ahead of schedule so that's good I guess.. Hopefully next year they upgrade at 1st base, trade Hafner's contract, and add an outfielder. Team is still young, should improve a lot netx year.
