Doesn't surprise me, doesn't surprise me whatsoever. He doesn't deserve to still have a job in the MLB.

JV lost his no-hitter in the 8th :/
It's all good though, still won. And CyLander out-pitched Weaver.

Glad the Tigers won! What was up with Weaver? I was watching the race, turned it to the Tigers game for a second and seen him going crazy after it looked like Guillen taunted him.

Cause he was mad cause he thought Magglio was staring him down after he hit his homerun. So he said something to Miguel, and then later Guillen hit his and stared him down. He then threw the ball at Avila's head lol.

Would have liked to see Ubaldo get a start in the Boston series but apparently Manny Acta will be content with getting swept and give Ubaldo his first start in the Texas heat..

I just seen that. Basically, Weaver wasn't happy with Magglio after the home run, tried showing him up after Magglio got out the second time, so then Guillen pretty much gave him a dose of his own medicine. haha. I knew something happened, the Tigers aren't like that.

Tigers are a hypocritical bunch.. They threw at Carlos Santana twice in the same game because he admired his game winning grand slam against the Tigers.

I wouldn't say he had it coming. Magglio stared down a homer and Weaver was, understandably, peeved at that. He had a few words for Magglio and that should have been it. Guillen has no business pulling that garbage. That's only your second homer of the season. No need to stand there and watch it. Weaver was, again, understandably pissed. He overreacted, however, throwing over Avila's head.

He's only been back for a few weeks, how many HR's do you expect him to have right now? lol

All the more reason he shouldn't be acting like he cranks them out every other at bat

So much tension in that game, but got the win, and JV was beastly again. Split the series. It was a great series to watch. Lots of hits and scoring, and the Weaver/JV match up didn't disappoint.
