STAT organizing workouts for Knicks

Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire is contacting his teammates to organize team workouts next month in Los Angeles, reports Alan Hahn.

A source indicated that Knicks Chauncey Billups, Carmelo Anthony, Roger Mason Jr., Landry Fields, Andy Rautins, Iman Shumpert, and Josh Harrellson received invites.

Deron did this with all the Nets under contract a few weeks ago at Peak Performance Project in California. I wonder if STAT is going to take them to the same facility.

Meh, team workouts aren't as needed during the lockout for the NBA as they are in the NFL. They just need to stay in shape.
