Greinke has only pitched in NY 3 times since 2008
he got rocked this year, but everyone is rocking him this year. no surprise

since 2008 in his 2 starts in NY vs the Yankees he's given up 4 runs in 11 innings with 11 k's. 3.09 ERA

Jose: Plays with no pressure or expectations on a horrible baseball team.
Cano: Plays under constant scrutiny in the biggest market in the world.

For the record: That's a down year by Cano's standards, and he still the best at his position.
No pressure? lol. Everyone was calling him out for having a fluke season.

lol ESPN

"Cano wears 24 beacuse his idol is Jackie Robinson and 24 is 42 inverted"

Cano wore 22 in NY before Clemens came back and demanded to have #22. Clemens forced Cano to change numbers

nice job ESPN.

I'll go with Cano, his swing is smooth and effortless. A-Gon would be my second choice to win. Most of the guys in here have pretty violent swings and will probably take a toll on them.
*ahem*

His dad pitched well I'd say lol. Great performance by Cano tonight. Wish Joey Bats could of won this but he could maybe get it next year hopefully since he's starting to get used to the HR Derby.

Predicted Cano would win this when I found out he was in it

Knew that smooth stroke would win it. Pretty cool that he broke the final round record too

This ASG just isnt the same for some weird reason. Idk there are just a lot of players that I wanted to see and wont be able to.

King Felix, Reyes, Mauer, and Pujols.

lol we got rid of him?

Edit: I guess we did. Not a bad deal.

Juan Rivera is going back to Los Angeles.

The Toronto Blue Jays traded the veteran outfielder on Tuesday to the Dodgers for a player to be named later or cash considerations.

This deal is not surprising — in early July, when Rivera was designated for assignment, general manager Alex Anthopoulos said he believed he “might” be able to work out a trade involving the 33-year-old.

Rivera had six home runs and 27 RBIs in 70 games with the Blue Jays this season.

In January, the L.A. Angels sent him to Toronto with catcher Mike Napoli, in exchange for outfielder Vernon Wells.

I wanted the Indians to take a look at Juan.. We need a right handed outfielder to platoon in RF until Choo is back.

I hear he's pretty slow in the outfield now though.
