June 30, 2011. The NBAs number one draft pick Kyrie Irving is in some HOT WATER after allegedly making CRIMINAL THREATS to a young video model named Miss Hawaii, MediaTakeOut.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.

Here's how it all popped off. A few months ago, Kyrie was on Twitter looking for some ACTION from online groupies. While trolling for chicks, he struck up a friendship with a popular TWITTER chick named Miss Hawaii (gov't name Jessica Jackson).

Well Miss Hawaii and Kyrie tweeted back and forth and then had a video chat via SKYPE. And they both agreed that Miss Hawaii would FLY DOWN TO NORTH CAROLINA (paying for her OWN airplane ticket) so that they could GET IT POPPIN!!!

But as soon as Miss Hawaii got to North Carolina, Kyrie looked at her and decided that she was not CUTE ENOUGH for him to FREAK OFF. So he ignored her . . . and she went back to NYC, without getting any.

Miss Hawaii was FURIOUS at the way she was treated by Kyrie and took to Twitter to put him ON BLAST. She went on saying all kinds of CRAZY things about the NBAs NUMBER ONE DRAFT PICK that we will NOT repeat.

Well Kyrie began to get SCARED that all the MESS that Miss Hawaii was putting out about him, could JEOPARDIZE his NBA draft status so, according to Miss Hawaii - he began to THREATEN HER.

But Miss Hawaii was NOT to be deterred. As MediaTakeOut.com obtained below, Miss Hawaii went to the POLICE with her complaints . . . and had them place a RESTRAINING ORDER against Kyrie. And she plans on filing a CIVIL SUIT against dude.

Ladies and gents . . . this is about to get UGLY!!!
