It's kind of surreal picturing the NFL without T.O for me for some reason. It'll be interesting what he decides, though.Free agent Terrell Owens (ACL surgery) has reportedly told "several people in the NFL" that he is considering retirement.
CBS Sports' Mike Freeman cautions that this doesn't necessarily mean T.O. is ready to hang 'em up, but insists "he's told people in the sport he's considering it." Freeman also "doubt(s) Owens can ever be good again." If this is indeed it for Owens' career, the 37-year-old would finish second all-time in receiving yards, tied with Randy Moss for second all-time in touchdown catches, and fifth in receptions. Owens has been to six Pro Bowls and is a five-time first-team All Pro. Without the "baggage," he's a no-brainer first-ballot Hall of Famer.
