NFL.com - Falcons wide receiver Roddy White ranked the league's top cornerbacks recently and put Jets stopper Darrelle Revis at the top of his list.

"Revis is the number one cover guy in the league right now. He's strong at the point of attack ... He always get his hands on you," White said. "He disrupts the timing of routes. That's the biggest thing about the passing game, everything has to be on time -- precision. And he does such a good job of (disrupting timing)."

White rounded out his rankings with Nnamdi Asomugha, Champ Bailey, Charles Woodson, Brent Grimes and Asante Samuel.

I think saying Revis is #1 is fair to say, he and Aso are interchangable as far as I see.

I won't even say anything other than "lol" at Brent Grimes being in his top 5.

It's basically a toss up between Revis and Aso. They play with two different styles so I guess people take a liking to their own preference of what they think a CB is supposed to do.

Aso is more of your pure, cover corner. Revis is a physical, plays the run extremely well type of guy.

They can both shut a down a WR, but they aren't the same player........

So you still think Aso is better yet you know that Revis can cover anybody just as well as Aso and is better in the run game

Who cares at this point.

Both are great football players and any team would be lucky to have either.

Revis and Nnamdi should battle it out. A cover corner duel! They should cover each other and see who does better! Make so much money....

Revis will be better within a year or two but right now Nnamdi is top dog.

Well Aso will be 30 when the season starts, and somebody will give him a huge deal with a number of years.
