I don't think Detroit will be trading out of the #8 spot. And certainly not for just getting rid of Rip's contract.
I don't think we do the one with Rockets either. Really no point to trade down.

Why is anyone other than Cleveland fans actually excited about this?

You would be excited too if you had a lottery pick.

I think the Pistons and Rockets will strike a deal.

I hope not.
We probably end up with Bismack if we drop to 14, and 23 is like a 2nd round pick in this draft lol.
If we didn't take Bismack and took Markieef Morris, and nabbed Darius Morris at 23, I'd be okay with that lol.

According to Yahoo Joe D has permission to select Valenciunis and if not there it's Tristan Thompson. Nooo Biyombo!
Just got to hope that Cleveland takes Jonas at 4. Then Tristian is ours.

I wouldnt mind Bismack...I actually watched that game he played against Austin Rivers, Anthony Davis, Mike Gilchrist and etc..and he was owning their shit everytime they tried to bring it into the paint.

Several days ago, Detroit hadn’t planned to draft Valanciunas, but sources said Pistons general manager Joe Dumars was given the OK by new owner Tom Gores to take Valanciunas despite the fact he wouldn’t be able to join the team this season. This is a problem for the Charlotte-Cleveland deal, and now another has arisen. Several teams believe the San Antonio Spurs’ desire to get the Sacramento Kings’ pick at No. 7 centers on a desire to draft Valanciunas as a future replacement for Tim Duncan, and now Cleveland must draft Valanciunas at the No. 4 spot, or risk losing him all together.
Dope lol.

Ramon Sessions + $32 + Cash for Francisco Garcia + #7 is being rumored

Would save the Kings 12 million I guess, but they most likely are using this as leverage to get the Spurs to deal Parker to them.

RT @DraftExpress: Teams calling Sacramento about the #7 pick are being told it's already been moved. Problem is, no one knows to who.

and apparently its the Bucks
