Season's over, new topic.
Brought up this possibility last night, if it actually happened idk what I'd think about my life. The Miami Heat lost to the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals and some, including ABC's Jeff Van Gundy, wonder if president Pat Riley needs to radically change the roster next season. Van Gundy brought up an interesting scenario on Sunday's post-game show, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
"I think that Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, going forward, they have to evaluate: Is that the best compliment they could be? Or should they make a play for Dwight Howard using one of those two guys, to get a more balanced team? That's for the offseason."
There has been plenty of scuttlebutt regarding Howard's future and while the Magic insist they want to keep the center past next season, they would seriously have to think about trading for James, if he was offered by Riley.
James and Howard can be traded for each, according to ESPN Trade Machine.

I could see that deal possibly happening but I dunno right now its kinda of a super longshot imo. And yeah the player you hate the most gets traded to your favorite team lol. That would suck haha.I'll start this one with a bang:

It's just a hypothetical, I know that deal wouldn't get a trade for Bosh done. That would be incredible stupid by the Heat and if I was the Hornets I would accept that in a heartbeat if the Heat actually offered it..
Just cause the dude cries and has his moments doesn't make him a bad player. He's still an all-star who puts up big numbers..
There's certainly a better chance the new CBA breaks them up then one of them getting traded.Bosh is so soft though.
What do you guys think the percent odds are that one of the Big Three in Miami gets traded?
I put it low at 5%.
David West and Chris Bosh are in the same caliber of players.Soft or not, you're not gonna trade the dude for a couple of role players..
They put up similar numbers this year, and David West was honestly competing with no one for points.. Chris Paul wasn't much of a scorer this year. Bosh put up his numbers competing with the two best players in the league for points, and even for rebounds. When he wasn't competing with them for points, he put up unbelievable numbers.David West and Chris Bosh are in the same caliber of players.
Not competing with anyone for shots but yet West only averaged ONE shot more than Bosh per game? Both are borderline all-stars who are in the 6-12 ranks of power forwards in the league. Both rely on their mid range jumper. They're pretty damn similar players. They put up similar numbers this year, and David West was honestly competing with no one for points.. The realest in the leaguehttp://www.tmz.com/2011/06/13/lebron-james-deshawn-stevenson-dirk-nowitzki-tell-me-how-my-dirk-tastes-tshirt-photo/
Lol at you calling West a role player.Soft or not, you're not gonna trade the dude for a couple of role players..
