Tigers have another opportunity tonight to get even with the Indians..... My guess is they won't do it

I have more confidence than that. I always do. Maybe i'm overly confident sometimes but Scherzer can get it done, and Pineda is a young up and comer. This Mariners team has been really pesky for the Tigers lately. Getting the 1st game let me know it'll be different this time.

I don't know why you're saying they have an "opportunity".. The Indians aren't a good team right now, and don't show any signs of being one in the near future.. We'll be in 3rd place by the end of the month.

Yeah buddy. Scored 2 in the 1st, and Jackson got an RBI triple in the 2nd. Up 3-0 after 2. We are getting it done today.

Just a week ago you were saying how the Indians were 3-0 against the Tigers and whatever else when I said the Tigers were coming. Amazing what can change in a week, or two. Never know with baseball, anything can happen. I'm not counting out the Twins yet, either. They are always there at the end. You just don't know, maybe your Indians will get it together again, hard saying. Tigers go in streaks too, just need to stay consistent now. I'm not counting out any team in the AL Central right now.

Jose Reyes leading the league in batting average. On a side note, look at these 5 pitchers for best ERA:

1. Jurrjens
2. Beckett
3. Ogando
4. Weaver
5. Pineda

Out of all those 5, you wouldnt expect them to have such low ERA's. Maybe beckett but thats a big maybe. You would think Lincecum, Halladay, Lee, and Hernandez would be up there but no.

Scherzer back to himself tonight. I had a feeling his slump wouldn't last long.

Just saw the Marlins/D-Backs highlights. Mike Stanton with his 16th on the year. I would LOVE to see him in the HR Derby. Dude can straight up crank it. Nelson Cruz too.
