Wonder how serious Coke's injury is and if another pitcher will need to be called up. Nice to finally see some offense tonight, started late but it's better then none at all. Hopefully they can keep this momentum going and go on another nice winning streak and chase down them Indians! One more out!

God damn Perez.. Way to walk to the tight rope. 1st and 3rd, 1 out with one of the fastest players in the league up, and he gets the double play.. Incredible.

Good thing the Tigers scored 4 runs in the 8th
Yeah it was. Thankfully. Which is why I didn't even break a sweat about it. Valverde did look a little wild here and there, but he's legit, and I have the utmost confidence in him, every time he's out there.

That's a great way to start your career. Especially just getting thrown in there. If Coke is hurt, at least missing his next start, i'd see Oliver coming up, and keeping Furbush in the bullpen.

Might be a blessing for the Tigers. Not that I want to see Coke hurt nor do I want to see Oliver get the spot because of his injury, but I like Oliver.

It's possible. I mean of course you never want to see one of your own get hurt, and it's not like Coke was horrible, and it might be a little early to bring up Oliver, which they may or may not do. Just a hunch. It's weird because yesterday I was reading an article saying Tigers needed to bring up Furbush and Oliver, and now here they might be.

Alexi Ogando with the complete game shutout against the Sox. Bigtime surprise pitching this year for the Rangers.

So sick of these shitty lineups we are sending out every night.. Sizemore and Hafner are out but still these offensive outputs are a joke.. We're only going to win for now if Asdrubal hits homers every night..
