Stafford says his shoulder is at 100 percent

Matthew Stafford said Monday he's 100 percent recovered from January surgery on his right shoulder.

By undergoing surgery and rehab on his twice separated throwing shoulder, Stafford has done everything he can to prevent further dislocations. And while he'll retain an injury prone label after missing 19 games in his first two NFL seasons, the fantasy upside here is undeniable. Stafford's weaponry is explosive and he's a good bet for 30 touchdowns if he can stay healthy. Aggressive owners should be willing to take the risk. Source: Detroit Free Press

I don't want to get too excited about it, but I have seem tapes of him throwing and whatnot, and it looks good.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has 23 last season.
Stafford has way more options and is overall better.

The 27-32 range is extremely plausible if he can stay healthy.

You don't rate what is do-able because of what another guy did.

David Garrard had 20+ last year, but he totally over achieved. I personally see Stafford in the 20-24 range.

nah he didnt lol. Dude got built like a tank this offseason.
i just seen an interview with him, his face is a lot rounder and has a slight double chin. your face doesnt get like that if youre built like a tank. he may have gotten bigger but that doesnt mean its all muscle.

Well all he has been doing this offseason has been throwing, lifting, and rehabing his shoulder.

I don't think he's gotten chubbier, if anything he has probably lost some weight with all of the working out he's been doing. On ESPN it says this:
Status Alert: Stafford is reportedly looking much thicker through the chest than he did the last two seasons, Mlive.com reports. "That's 10 weeks of upper body (training). It was an emphasis," Stafford confirmed. (May 16)
