Still waiting Buzzy.....
You're gonna get your shots when you defend well. Boozer around for 60 games and Joakim for 50 along with Deng should definitely be enough to squeeze into the playoffs, which would merely be around a .500 record, or worse. We're talking 20+ games here, telling me that Rose is solely responsible for 20 wins is nuts.

The 2007 Bulls had another scoring option in Ben Gordon (but didn't get his teammates involved as much as Rose) but thanks to Skiles they had the #1 defense in the league and finished with a 49-33 record and the fifth seed.

I don't see how assuming that they'd still make the playoffs without Rose in a weak Eastern conference is that far fetched.

Exactly. BUT, I'm not sure how this group would respond to such a coach. Don't think Josh Smith or Crawford would buy in, maybe not Johnson either.
I'd be mainly concerned with Josh, I know the others have dealt with switching coaches numerous times but Josh idk about. If we could get one really good PG with confidence this team could seriously make a run. Maybe a new center too lol I mean if we got Kyrie, we'd be set.

He's the mvp..why wouldnt he be responsible for 20+ games...

I think it's a even ship is what Im saying. Thibs has helped Chicago a lot..and having a Franchise Guy like D-Rose has made his job easier. They both benefitted off each other and its the perfect thing.

Al Horford is a beast tho lol JJ, Josh, Teague, Jamal, they all do great, I'd only trade em if the value I got in return was really really good and on point lol

and on the subject of trading the entirety of the Hawks, doesn't Joe Johnson have some stupidly huge contract that makes him virtually unmovable since no one is stupid enough to take that on?

maybe try the Knicks if Isiah makes his way back into the front office haha

everyone else I met was cool as shit. Collison and Simien were total bros. I played video games with Simien and it was awesome.

Loved watching Roy's KU teams, actually. the 2002 and 2003 Final Four squads were so fun to watch, running the Secondary Break up and down the court beating the piss out of people. It was pretty cool
