Swisher has never been a real good contact hitter. He is also slow.

He is much better suited for the bottom of the lineup.

At this point in his career, Jeter isn't much better in either aspect.

He is still a better contact hitter and can occasionally steal a base.

If the Tigers can light him up, then imagine how bad it could be in this bandbox...

Luckily, Lackey isn't much better.

That HR was so cheap, but that slider was terrible.
I just wanted to respond to that with a lulz

The Tigers have been playing average at best but I believe they can be a lot better.
