As the Milwaukee Bucks' deeply-disappointing season comes to a merciful end, their deep-seeded frustrations are starting to surface.
After the Bucks were virtually eliminated from the Eastern Conference playoffs in a loss Friday to the Indiana Pacers, Bucks starting point guard Brandon Jennings publicly expressed what many of his teammates had privately felt for months.

"Some guys have the mind-set of winning on the team and some guys just don't,'' Jennings said.

Jennings then an indirectly took a shot at Bucks general manager John Hammond, assistant general manager Jeff Weltman and coach Scott Skiles, the three biggest personnel decision-makers in the organization next to owner Herb Kohl.

"We traded a lot of pieces I feel like we should have kept,'' Jennings said. "But that's part of the business and you've got to roll with it.''

Don't think for a minute, though, that Jennings and his teammates are the only unhappy campers in the Bucks' camp these days.
I hope they deal him in the off-season... preferably to ATL =] lol

He's frustrated.. I don't think he'll leave, but I think is just more a sign of him speaking his mind.

They overachieved last year.

Jennings isn't very good anyway.

Guys that were on the roster last season that aren't this season are Luke Ridnour, Hakim Warrick, Jerry Stackhouse, Charlie Bell, Jodie Meeks, and Kurt Thomas. None of them are world beaters, but Ridnour, Warrick, Stackhouse, and Thomas are all or were solid players. Jodie Meeks is averaging over 11 points as a starter for the Sixers. I mean they lost some guys that were solid contributors.

Then you have a guy like John Salmons who was putting up basically 20 points per for them, while shooting 47% and 39%. This year he's averaging 14 per while shooting 40% and 37%. Then you have Jennings jacking up 15 shots per while only shooting below 39% from the field.

Last season they were sixth in the NBA in rebounding, this season they're seventeenth.

they did overachieve. but they still could have been 6th-8th seed this season. he does shoot too much though. i can see him toning that down if he gets on a better team with better shooters.

He knows that the only hope of them winning now is him just firing away.. But yes, he would be different with some better shooters around him.

Not to mention I'll never think Jennings=Bogut

They just don't seem to fit.

They are still young. If they got a piece or two, who knows.
But yeah, time will tell. I'll give them this offseason to figure it out.

jennings isn't a consistant player, unlike Durant, Dirk etc. who can lead their team
