If Dwight goes anywhere, I could see him going to New York (homer). Tell me what other team will have cap room and a good enough team for him, and a hole at center. Then again, we'll probably go for a PG for a C and it won't happen.
Maybe Boston, because Allen and KG's contracts will be expiring and they'll only have Pierce and Rondo on that team for salary purposes.
Hell, I can see Mark Cuban finding someone to take Haywood's contract and convincing Dwight to go to Dallas.
Golden State has a young roster who could use an anchor like Dwight, and they'd have the space. Imagine a lineup like Curry - Ellis - Wright - Lee - Howard? Because they are all under contract for 4 or more years, and before Dwight is a FA they'd even have a shot at some good draft picks and such.
DeAndre Jordan is a FA, so if the Clips don't bring him back (and I'd imagine they try their hardest to do so), then they could get him... They'd have Mo Williams, Blake, Eric Gordon, Bledsoe, Aminu... And a ton of cap room for Dwight AND another impact player (depending on how much they pay Jordan, but in this scenario they don't bring him back).
I suppose NJ is also a possibility, but they'd have to convince Deron to stay and Dwight to come, probably both hoping for the other one to do so.
If OKC can trade Perkins, they could get him... They have A TON of space, they could sign Dwight AND Westbrook and be so fucking set to win a million championships with Westbrook, Harden (who has 4 more years), Durant, Ibaka (4 more years), Dwight... And they'd have adecent bench with Maynor, Aldrich, Sefo... That is actually my sleeper.
