Nah, they just love to talk about them.
I don't see a bias either way.
They would rather talk about the Heat struggling than the Bulls taking over the 2nd seed in the East, so I'd have to say that ESPN loves the Heat.

Like we both said already, they love talking about them, they don't have a positive bias towards them

Like I said, loves talking bout them.
Usually when they talk bout them, it's bout their struggles and overreacting their play during the regular season. And how they are doomed and what not lol.

CP is thankfully alright, he'll travel with the team to Chicago but won't play. I know I've been hard on him lately but you hate seeing anyone taken off the court like that.

bosox's PR (of teams with best chance to win Finals)

1. Celtics
2. Bulls
3. Lakers
4. Thunder
5. Spurs
6. Magic
7. Hawks
8. Mavs
9. Knicks/Heat

IMO the Knicks and Heat aren't much different. They have 1 inside scorer, an allstar SF, and a great guard. They have an average C. Their PG (or Knicks backup PG) is average, maybe above average. And their 2 guard (or heat's backup SG) is good, but not great

If the Knicks played the Heat, it would probably go 7 games, with either one winning.

The reason why they are at 9:

Shaq-KG, Noah-Boozer, Bynum-Gasol, Blair-Duncan, Howard-Bass, Horford-Smith, Chandler-Nowitzki > Anthony-Bosh, Turiaf-Stoudemire

And the Thunder have great depth, and amazing interior defense with Perk and Serge.

celtics definitely dont have the best chance to win the finals. They got rid of that when they traded Perkins and Nate.

Come on now... You cannot put the Hawks and Magic (Mavs/Thunder are debatable) above the Heat. I don't care what kind of big men the other teams have... Miami has two of the top three players in basketball, so you cannot count them out in the playoffs.

Gimme the Celtics, Bulls, Lakers, Spurs and Heat as the top 5 teams in the NBA.

1- Spurs
2- Celtics
3- Mavericks
4- Magic
5- Lakers

Bulls are nice, but are a year away from being serious threats.

Anyways, LOL @ Pop today. Sometimes he is a mystery to even life-long Spur fans, but he is one of the greatest coaches ever looking at the numbers, so I can't really say much. But he plays scrubs too much to prove a point to his main guys sometimes.

LeBron and the Heat have to finish 19-0 to match the Cavs record from last year.

And you'd have to finish about 50-0 to do the same

is this power rankings or best chance to win it all?
i'd put lakers 1. yeah yeah call me a homer. they have the most talent and andrew bynum has decided to focus on defense and rebounding and since the break, suffocating defense because of it

but if it's power rankings fine, although the lakers have won 7 in a row including @san antonio, @okc, @portland

if healthy, the jump shooting spurs would be an underdog to the lakers, mavericks simply dont matchup, but oklahoma scares the hell out of me. they can beat the lakers

and before you and everyone starts jumping me, they are back to back champs. they deserve some respect. records smecords. look at the cavs last 2 years

well since i know everyone is going to disagree with me, all im saying is, dont sleep on the lakers. and im not even talking about their impressive win streak (that will probably come to an end in Miami on Thursday)

this team is better than the west, miami could be a problem, boston is a problem, but without their size they are at a large disadvantage, and chicago is good, but lakers have a better defense and carlos boozer plays like the invisible man against pau and odom

you have been warned

Good looking out by telling us about that Slam top 500 players issue Mexi. I just went out and bought it.

it's an awesome issue

they missed Gail Goodrich however, they said it was just an oversight.

and Rick Fox should probably be on. he's better than David Wesley at least

you saw them against cleveland
they were zombies for most of this season
bynum even said, "We expected to lose to the cavs"

always had a tough time believing in the spurs and mavs, and i still dont.

when they play focused though, as they've shown the past 2 years, they're tough to beat 4 out of 7 times

i just cant see them NOT getting to the finals, unless there's an injury

just that feeling. like im sure mavs and spurs fans feel confident as hell, but there is just something, even it's small as can be, some sort of doubt

i dont have that at all

now winning it all? never said that. even before the season started. i said they'd reach the finals, not necessarily win, depends on a lot of variables

The Lakers can't really ever be counted out til Kobe goes out. Which never happens. Some games they are hot, some they are sluggish, if they can play more hot then sluggish, then watch out. But either way, I don't see them winning a championship this year, they could get lose though.
