I hope he does. That would be a hell of a feel good story.

Here we go again: Blazers and Charlotte ARE still talking. Charlotte wants Rudy Fernandez included in the deal
Agent Andy Miller says if Fernandez is put in the Charlotte deal he will ask for a buyout and Rudy will go back to Spain.
Miller says he has informed Michael Jordan of this stance. The deal is "open in terms of multiple scenarios and ongoing dialogue"
Miller says the deal with Charlotte is still alive, otherwise, "MJ was argumentative for no reason"
via Jason Quick's Twitter

Looks like it's still alive. Rudy's being his typical premadonna self. My guess is MJ knows we got a deal and is trying to squeeze out whatever he can before the deadline.

I really like Rudy Fernandez...haha. Can you blame him???? I wouldn't want to go to Charlotte either. I'd much rather stay in Portland. He has finally come to like Portland, and now he might be leaving...I bet he is hating this.

lol you like rudy but if kobe was doing this, you'd be complaining im sure o_O

even before this
he was saying a ton of bull shit
wasnt answering calls from them, wanted to sit out his contract because he felt they were treating him wrong in the offense

what has he ever done? it's what you sign up for. if you're not feeling it, show up, the team will realize it doesnt work, and trade you

but he didnt want to get traded anywhere like now

it's what you come to America for. yeah you're in Portland, but you can be dealt at any time. do no trade clauses still exist in the NBA? they're limited if they do

he cries to much like he's someone special. he's not. he may believe it, but he's not. if he was any good, they'd be giving him a larger role. Roy missed how much time this season?

This would be the ultimate win for Portland if it was ONLY for Pryz. Crash may be an injury prone guy here and there because of his reckless playing style, but when he's on... he's ON!

He still has a large roll, pretty much their 6th man. And ever since they have been giving him time, he's backed off his going back to Spain stance.

Despite talking shit about him all offseason I, along with most Blazer fans, have grown to like Rudy again. He's been playing great this season, not just camping at the 3 point line and firing away like last season. He's not putting up stellar numbers on the stat sheet aside from a few good stretches where he's scored a lot, but his play has improved to the point where he's helping the team and making his teammates better.

Exactly, if people watch a Portland game, they will see he brings energy to the team. He attacks the basket, makes some really good passes, and he can still shoot the 3 ball.

Would love to see Livingston get the chance to be a starting PG again if this trade goes through.

With Nazr gone, they really need a C, so now they got one. But yeah, a complete steal by Portland managing to keep Miller.

not a complete steal, though at the moment it is

cats also get dante cunningham and 2 future 1st rounders

so as of today it's one sided, but 2 future firsts could be nice

but yeah f that. it's a good deal for portland......until he gets hurt

Hmmm the reports said just Pryzbilla and a 2nd...but that didn't make sense for Charlotte.

Yeah Cunningham is involved too. So glad we got him. I was gonna be pissed after all this trade talk if we didn't end up making a move.
