There is no such thing as legal "consent" until you're 18.

Brady, Manning, Brees, Rodgers.

I don't think Ben is elite. Elite should, in my opinion and I know I'm gonna hear the backlash for this, should also play heavily into your public perception, and Ben's perception from the public is rock bottom.

As for the Super Bowl defense for Big Ben, well, thats kinda lame. Super Bowl is a team effort, not a one player thing. Ok, Super Bowl Victory. I guess now I can include Eli Manning. But I won't because overall he's above average.

If we're gonna base this on Super Bowl being a major factor, then I guess Brad Johnson of the Buc's was an "Elite" Quarterback in 2003.

Fuck, Trent Dilfer won a SB with the Ravens. I guess he's a goddamn Hall of Famer now...

That's not true.

So if you think Brady is better over Peyton, you are going to tell me has more Super Bowl wins.. Guaranteed.

Actually, age of consent is 17 in New York.

And for Kam/mooche - the rapes don't make Ben a bad QB, and he is in the elite category for me - but don't joke about rape. And sorry if I couldn't sense the sarcasm in your written comments. Kam, it seems as though everything you say is a joke, but if that's the case why should I take any of your opinions seriously from this point on?

Even though I'm not his biggest fan, I'm surprised no one has said Michael Vick after the season he had

I'm not joking about rape.. I know it's serious, I'm just saying the media loves to absolutely make him out to be Big bad Ben. They love tearing down the face of a successful franchise. It sells.

Vick isn't elite..

On the issue of sex, the age is 17 in NY/NJ, there was nothing illegal about it. Not to mention the girl was drinking in a 21+ bar, so in all likelihood, he had no idea what her real age was and probably never even asked how old she was for her to lie about it to him.

I don't see Big Ben as the odd one out there. At all. He is just as clutch as anyone on your elite list, and he's icey in big time situations.

What are you going to use? The 'ol he has such a good defense saying? Yeah, I forgot, James Harrison completed that pass to Ike Taylor in the endzone to send the Cardinals home with nothing. Right.
Big Ben has had one clutch moment in his career. Big Ben has one Superbowl that he was of any help in. In his first, it might have been the worst performance by a QB ever in a Super Bowl, and they still won. Big Ben did everything in his power to make the Steelers lose that game and they still won. So saying that the defense argument needs to be thrown out is ridiculous.

You can't sit here and tell me that Big Ben is just as good or very close to being as good as any of those guys, it's just not true

She said 17, he said ok we'll have to wait until you're 18, and then she reassured him that 17 was legal in NY.

One clutch moment? Lol

He's brought them back in big situations. See the Ravens AFC Divisional game this year. Did he not convert on 3rd and 18 to Antonio Brown? Correct me if I'm wrong..

He's big in big time games. Remind me of how old he was in his first Super Bowl again.. The dude was an infant. A lot of QBs play jittery in those type of games, Peyton came out flat early against the Bears, Brady didn't tear apart the Giants by any means, it's the stage..

guaranteed? Man you've been away from this site for too long. You forget how some people debate. Some people use bullshit like Super Bowl Wins. Other people, like me, will pick one player over another based on overall statistics. Style of playing. Do you think I always base stuff on team accomplishments? I'm gonna throw together QB Rating, completion percentage, TD vs INT ratio, Pro Bowl appearances, All-Pro selections.

Anybody who bases a player's talents based off of Super Bowl wins is ignorant, plain and simple. if that was the way everyone thought, Sonny fuckin Jurgensen wouldn't be in the Hall of Fame.
