I couldn't disagree with you anymore on the Vikings pick. They have eitherwards or Robison coming back. They need no help at DE. They would get a more needed position even if it be QB which would piss me off.
Edwards is a FA, and even at that, the guy isn't that big time of a talent. He is definitely made by playing alongside Allen, for sure. He's a tough guy to count on in the long term scheme of things. Robison is a joke, and Griffen is just a big mess. Say you do re-sign Edwards, yeah, this pick goes out of the window obviously.

There is no QB worth it. Newton, and even Gabbert are off my board. Left tackle at this spot? Meh. They could reach on Tyron Smith, but with Solder out of the picture, Cameron Jordan makes the most sense for you guys value wise.

McCoy coming out of college was way more dominant in Oklahoma then Tyson in Cal. Sorry man. Stats or not, he was a fucking BIG game changer inside, and he gave Texas hell all the time. I've seen what he can do first hand.

Who is the better pro? That remains to be seen, but in hindsight, the Jaguars would have even taken McCoy over Alualu coming out. You know that.
Actually, I think they would take Alualu because hes able to play in both a 3-4/4-3, he has a rare motor, and one of the best characters I've ever seen with a NFL player. People seriously don't understand the love Gene Smith has with Alualu. We flew him out to Jacksonville 4 different times for interviews and everything. Didn't interview McCoy/Suh once. It's not like once McCoy was gone we was like "Well, time to take Alualu then" because We had Alualu rated higher than anybody, especially if we was willing to take him at 10. You know he had to be rated highly for Gene Smith to take him there and deal with that criticism.

If Prince doesn't fall to us, we would probably go at DT sine fat Pat is gone.

Tell me who is worth it at that spot..

Honestly, my other option for you guys saying OT, QB is gone, would be selecting a CB.

On the Viking subject.

GM Rick Spielman insists the Vikings will take the best player available at No. 12 overall as opposed to reaching for a quarterback.
Spielman concedes that QB is the team's biggest question market this offseason, but he pointed out that there are "so many different avenues" to address the problem. If Cam Newton and Blaine Gabbert are off the board, the Vikes would likely pass on Arkansas' Ryan Mallett. Veterans Donovan McNabb and Vince Young have been connected to the Vikings, and Kevin Kolb could be an option as well.

Thank you kam. My points exactly.. Minnesota doesn't really have the time to develop a young QB (both Newton and Gabbert need to be developed) and try to win with some of the older talent they do have.

I think VY will be playing in Minnesota. We'll see.

My honest thought is trade up for Solder or down for Pouncey.

That is possible, but I would move down and take a tackle. Carimi, Sherrod, etc. could all be just as good and value later in the Draft would be better then Solder.

I've been calling for McNabb since week 15.

Yeah but we could use RG and Center help. Biggest need is Center. Probably our biggest need next to Corner. I still have high hopes in Cook though.

Sullivan is not doing it for you guys. That's true. I just don't like anybody at the G/C position besides Pouncey in the first round, and that would definitely be later.

If the Vikings can't find a trade partner, don't be shocked if it is indeed Cameron Jordan.

Don't think we'd take a guy with character issues. Doesn't fit what Pioli or Haley want.

it would be bullshit. Only thing wrong with Robison is he is small. He gets sacks though when he comes in.

He's been relatively clean and appears to definitely be heading in the right direction. I mean, Glenn Dorsey had some concerns coming out of LSU, too. It's much the same.

Phil Taylor is an absolute animal.. He's athletic for a big boy, and the weight issues are behind him I believe.

Pioli didnt take Glenn though.

Their too much about the "right 53". Me personally I want some thugs. The ravens just out-toughed us.

I realize Pioli didn't take Dorsey, it's just a comparison that runs close to home.

Phil Taylor's issues are really something I wouldn't be worried about it. That's my point. The Ravens bullied the Chiefs inside, and had success moving the ball on the ground. He would help eliminate that issue.

Robert Quinn is gonna shoot up the draft boards once the combine starts. I think he'll go before 10.

I think he is the best defensive end in this Draft. Personally. I know his upside, and I think he's going to be a very big time player.

The Browns could easily take him at #6. I was just thinking with the release of Rogers, that Dareus is such a nice talent, too, it would make a lot of sense to go that direction.

Both picks would be solid for you guys.
