Burke signed Beauchemin before last season, not this season and he was brutal. Trading him was a great move by Burke.

Beauchemin was far from a great defenceman for the Leafs. He was fucken brutal. No one said Lupul was going to do much for the Leafs. The player the Leafs were more interested in was Gardiner.

Yeah he was pretty bad. Constantly turned the puck over,was a defensive liability and was brutal on offense. Only thing he was ever really good at was blocking shots.
