Ok, saying he did his time because he did more time than Stallworth, TI, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, fill in the blank is not a valid argument. Everyone knows Stallworth and TI should have done more time. It is the society we live in.

Point is that Vick should have done more time for what he did.

Noteworthy people get off the hook very easily and because he did more time than Stallworth or TI did does not mean he "did his time"
yeah i know that bruh.

but im done defending mike because everyone loves to hate

There's always gonna be people who think they deserve more punishment. It's the nature of the beast.

I don't hate on Vick but far be it from me to tell Buehrle how he should feel.

Even though you're saying he did NOT do his time. Your argument is barely valid considering he's done service to the community to bring his reputation back up and has shown that he has changed. The Human Society has even said he could actually have a dog soon. I don't know how you can't agree that he is a better person and has become a role model to some people.

He wished injury on someone which is obviously wrong Baggs. Dogfighting is wrong but at least Vick has proved he was sorry. I understand what you mean, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts, but why did he have to make this public? This would no longer make it a thought, it's more for attention.

Yeah, I'm not saying it's right. It's actually hypocritical. The whole eye for an eye thing is massively flawed. I was just saying that he probably doesn't care what anyone else things.

You don't do things in the community because you want to bring your reputation back up. That defeats the purpose of it. I have never thought of Vick as a bad person at all. He did some garbage things and became sorry for those things because he got caught. That is generally when people are sorry. I think over the past year or so he has actually realized how terrible the things he did were. I can somewhat assume he has a much different outlook on things because of the people he has become involved with since he got out of prison. He is damn lucky he actually still has it in him to perform because I think if he washed out it would have broken him and we would have started to head down the path his brother was on.

You could have addictions though which you know are bad but you still do it. Maybe or maybe not he did get a softer sentence but the fact he's putting in extra time he doesn't need to in for the community is very warming. He obviously wants his reputation back otherwise he wouldn't be doing community work. You can't say he didn't feel guilty at all when he was doing it; maybe he couldn't help himself, which doesn't make it really any better but still.

Looks like Buehrle is going to have a karma ridden season. Sure glad he's in the AL Central. lol. I've never fully liked Buehrle. I could tolerate him, but i'm starting to lean the other way.

Haters make him famous

Thank you, Mike

Keep shitting on dudes like Buehrle til the end. Its how he feels, no one can change it...but it makes it even worse when Vick defies the odds and has a season like he had. Watch Buehrle catch a bitch injury too

Buehrle and his wife are dog lovers, this isn't an uncommon response from people who love dogs and hate Mike Vick.

He didn't have to say this publicly lol. It wasn't really a response, it was like an announcement that he hopes Michael Vick has an injury soon...

People say stuff like this all the time. I don't see what the issue is.

Buehrle a bitch. You know if this was someone like Peyton or someone like that it wouldnt even be close to big. Its been like 4 years already people. He has paid his debt to society lost pretty much all of his money and still paying some of it back. Now he is going around the country to kids putting them against animal cruelty and people still cant get over it. I can tell you now that I got over being mad about it after about 2 or 3 weeks.
+10...except for the being mad for 3 weeks part
haters gon hate, but this is really getting fucking annoying
I dont mean to pull the race card, but if this was brady or peyton, no1 would be saying shit, especially not this many years from it
people need to stop dwelling on the past and do what they do instead of worry about other people...shits gotten annoying now and it needs to stop

There we go, the word race gets broughten into you. Does anyone bring up what Ray Lewis did? No. Does anyone publicize what Dante Stallworth did? No. Does anyone bring up Big Ben every chance they get? Yes. He is white. Tiger Woods gets criticized all the time. Race has nothing to do it. John Daly gets slammed for ruining his career all the time. He is white. Mark Buehrle loves dogs, felt a certain way, and made it public. I hate when people bring race into this argument. It is not a credible argument.

I said I dont mean to bring race into the argument, but since you chose to pick that part out of everything else I said, sure, I'd be glad to explain.
Every1 wants to make Vick the enemy over killing dogs
No1 here in the suburbs really says shit about big ben actually, and when the topic is brought up, people hide behind "He wasnt charged with anything"
So hop off...Tiger isnt white either and he's made the enemy, but no1 says shit about Favre
If John Daly got "slammed so much", how come Ive never heard any shit about him?
Also, who gives a fuck what Mark Buehrle thinks about Vick? Let vick do vick and let himself do himself...wishing someone gets injured or dies is just about as insensitive as killing dogs
Race plays a role in everything, but since you're not black like I am, you wouldnt understand, nor do I expect you to, so there's no need to further elaborate
