Childress update
We have learned that Marvin Lewis could be throwing a major wrench into the Childress situation. Going into their meeting on Thursday night, Marvin was given the OK by Mike brown to offer a consultant/advisor position to Childress. We have just learned within the last hour that Marvin is now asking for more. Marvin has talked to Mike Brown today about offering Childress the OC job and giving Bratkowski his walking papers. Our source in the organization says that Mike is strongly resisting this power play by Lewis. He wants Bratkowski to finish his final year. The next 24-48 hours could be very interesting. If Childress is hired, we will find out were the power structure is truly aligned. If he is named OC, we know that Marvin stood his ground. If Chidress is hired as a consultant, then we know that Mike still gets what Mike wants! We are still awaiting word on the Cleveland situation, because when that is resolved, which should be by Monday, we will see who wins this power play about to take place in Cincinnati!

COME ON MARVIN, DON'T GIVE UP! *PRAYS*

Bring on Childress and ur making a bad situation, worse. Although...I do think Carson Palmer could make a few average WR's look like complete studs in the West Coast scheme. You could definitely expect Gresham to blow up. Just look at what Chilly's offense did for Shiancoe's numbers.

How is that polishing his nutsack ? Palmer is a good QB who was good with the biggest distraction in the NFL.

TO and Ocho?

They are some of the best receivers in the NFL. They can talk their shit, because they back it up. TO had almost a better year this year than anybody.

Yeah, well I don't know how it could be worse considering something needs to be changed in some way, or another and I do think the West Coast offense would be great for Carson, he's one of the highest paid QB's in the NFL and Bob Bratkowski is handcuffing him, not wanting to throw the ball, and when they do throw the ball, it's too predictable. I just look at it this way, ANY --- ANY new coach would be an upgrade over Bob Bratkowski but Mike Brown doesn't want to fire him, so I'm sure we'll see him back again next year, handcuffing our franchise QB another year.

ahahahahaha oh my. Well, there you have it, Carson will be gone for sure, can't blame him. It's truly sad when your franchise QB would rather retire than coming back to play another season for the Bengals... I hope Brown expects all blackouts next year and no fans, if he doesn't care, why should we???

So he won't fire his offensive coordinator that should have been fired years ago and he won't trade his QB, so he'll be unhappy here, probably won't even care. One thing I do know, I won't be renewing my NFL Sunday Ticket next year or going to any of there games giving Brown any kind of money cause my hate for the guy cannot be described.
